Sunday, May 31st, Vaunt Fitness will host the classic Crossfit challenge virtually. This event is open to members and nonmembers. ALL fitness levels are welcome AND encouraged to participate.
Choose from TWO Track Options to best suit YOUR Fitness Level.
Your coach will guide you through training, 3x a week to ensure you're ready to take on “Murph”, Sunday, May 31st as we come together virtually for an event that means so much to our Vaunt Fitness family.

Track 1: Cardio Focused
Get moving with our at home Murph 5k Training. This track is for our cardio lovers! Running, walking, no matter your form, be ready to go the distance!
Track 2: Strength Based, Traditional
- This is our traditional Hero WOD workout training. You will be working to build endurance, incorporating the main movements of pull-ups, with modifications if a pull-up bar is unavailable, pushups, and squats along with the 2-mile run.
